I was greatly satisfied with fubo.tv until you got rid of some of my favorite stations. If you had never gotten rid of those stations, I would have stayed with you.
Well you guy's did good, however my fiber internet services sucks, I can't even get the showes to go, little pin wheel just turns, but no place to go.

I was delighted that FuboTV representatives seem genuinely concerned with the issue I was having. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable and worked diligently to resolve my issue.
I should send you what I received and sent back. They could not find me in the system because of an email glitch. Once I got charged the first customer service found the issue and corrected it. Very good customer service. The second escalated the issue on how the conduct business and only can verify one way and if the email is wrong which know one on the other end would know it is difficult to fix. My service did not work because of this and so I figured that they cancelled my service as requested. They need to develop a system of more than one way to access an account.
I wouldnt even give 1 star this app is trash I got it so I can see mlb games to be spasific dodgers game and it literally only show 1 game a week when obviously they play multiple games during the week and weekends I wouldn't recommend at all!!!!!!!!
Fubo is simply the best of the best, to not have to deal with those jerks at cox is just simply a lovely thing
I had a customer support requirement and called FUBO TV's customer support line. The call was amswered in minutes, and the lady on the other end solved my problem instantly as soon as I relayed it to her. She was very professional and kind. FUBO TV also has the best programming for my family that I have found from any of the providers. It's user friendly, though it could use some minor changes, as could any of the other providers, and if you use an upgraded version of ROKU or have a smart TV with voice remote capability, you will have the same experience as the major providers. Although I'm not sure about the 4K HD, the video has no flaws, and comes in extremely clearly.

The Customer service Rep was very nice and refunded the me the auto subscription I didn't want.
I needed help in getting Fubo working on my TV. I am 81 years old and not technology savy. The representative was very patient with me and I was impressed with his knowledge.
Called to upgrade my service to Elite. Was having problems doing it on my Roku. So nice to have someone to pick up the phone and clearly communicate with, as opposed to my previous provider.
Well the first week was excellent and then everything went downhill fast. We would watch a program for 50 minutes and would be unable to finish the mystery or program. We decided to tape a program and in an hour program we were inundated with 34 commercials and to add insult to it all you had to wait when it downloaded commercial 1 of 6-2 of 6-etc. Plain disgusting-I have called tech support repeatedly about problems with their DVR service cutting out and now we get a message "we are having difficulties currently with that issue-check back later"! If you enjoy this abuse by all means go with this streaming concern. They also for lots of Spanish programming-useless to me-understand they served Latino areas first.
